This new IT solution called "CarHistory" is designed for after-sale, was created very recently by dealers.

The application allows to keep a link between the seller and his client.

OBJECTIVE

AUTOMATION
Thanks to an automated communication, CarHistory will return and retain your customers at the first review according to the manufacturer's maintenance plans.
FILTERING
The daily processing of your information allows a permanent verification and filtering of your customer and vehicle data.
NOTIFICATION
Via E-mails and SMS, CarHistory prevents each customer to be informed of the next date of their intervention according to the model of their car.
COMPATIBLE
CarHistory is compatible with almost all manufacturers, all dealership management system (DMS). CH is Multibase and multisite.
UTILISATION
Easy to use, CarHistory can be used by all employees.

In order for our application to optimally process the data, realize varied and complicated estimates and predictions, we use the Machine Learning namely Deep Neural Networks

With this page, you can access to several options that allow you to control the sending of notifications. You will be able to see the notifications that could not be sent (non-conforming format of the e-mail or SMS) and they can be restarted if the data is corrected

Direction

Provides an overview of errors when adding data (incorrect, incomplete, ...) into the dealer base and allows to correct them and improve the operation of the application as well as its information base.

Statistics

In the Statistics menu, you will find several pages with the data of the Clients and a graphical visualization. As a result, we give our customers access to oil consumption, sales profits and customer loyalty.

Search

The Search menu allows search by customer, vehicles, notifications and questionnaire, in relation to different criteria and parameters in the database.

Questionnary

To reconnect with customers, the questionnaire (during a telephone conversation) allows dealers to target the reason for the customer's "no show".
